 Faceless RTO Services a Landmark Initiative by Punjab CM/Sandeep Saini

Hoshiarpur/Nov.4/ Daljeet Ajnoha – Backfinco Chairman Sandeep Saini has expressed gratitude to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for introducing fully faceless RTO (Regional Transport Office) services across the state. Saini described the initiative as a remarkable step towards improving public convenience, as citizens will no longer be required to visit RTO offices for vehicle registration or driving licence-related processes.Highlighting the government’s focus on transparency and efficiency, Saini said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mann, Punjab has taken a significant leap toward digitization and good governance. The state transport department has made 56 major services completely faceless, enabling citizens to access them either online from their homes or through designated district service centres.He added that this initiative is not only a major administrative reform but also a strong move to curb corruption and ensure prompt, transparent, and hassle-free service delivery. All service centre employees have been thoroughly trained to assist citizens effectively under the new system.Saini further commended Chief Minister Mann’s continued commitment to building a digitally empowered Punjab, stating that such forward-looking decisions will serve as milestones in realizing the vision of a progressive and vibrant “Rangla Punjab.”
