- MLA started new AP feeder by visiting 66 KV sub station

- Said, farmers and general consumers will get uninterrupted power supply

Former Cabinet Minister and MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa, giving priority to the development of assembly constituency Hoshiarpur and facilities of farmers, today started new 11 KV AP feeder Patiadian from 66 KV sub station located at Sadhu Ashram. This feeder has been started especially with the aim of underloading the already running Jahan Khelan Kandi AP feeder, which will improve the quality of voltage and reduce the incidents of tripping.

During this time, after starting the new AP feeder, MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa said that this technical initiative will benefit thousands of consumers of the area, especially farmers, who will now get better and stable power supply than before. He said that under the leadership of Punjab Government, priority is being given to the basic needs of rural areas and this feeder is an important step in this direction.

The MLA said that with the start of the feeder, the load on the AP connections connected to Jahan Khelan feeder will be reduced, which will bring stability in voltage supply and will also provide relief from the problem of frequent tripping. This will especially benefit the farmers who irrigate agriculture through motors.

Bram Shankar Jimpa said that with the start of this feeder, dozens of villages like Allahabad, Jahan Khelan, Dallewal, Daroli, Patiadiyan, Dada Mada, Mahilanwali, Ali Di Basi, Basi Mustafa, Kharkan, Chakk Sadhu, Uparliyan Kharkan and Chakk Haroli will get direct benefit. He assured that in the coming time, better electricity system will be ensured in every village of Hoshiarpur constituency.

On this occasion former Nagar Council President Ajay Mohan Babbi, Deputy Chief Engineer Jaswinder Singh Virdi, Additional Surveillance Engineer Gurjinder Singh, Sub Divisional Officer Jaswinder Singh, Vikrant Joshi, Sarpanch Pritpal Singh, Sarpanch Kharkan Pradeep Singh, Randhir Singh Kharkan, Sarpanch Basi Jamal Khan Jatinder Pal Singh, former Sarpanch Chakk Sadhu Raj Kumar, Prem Singh, Hira Singh, Gurbaksh Singh, Sarpanch Bajwara Rajesh Babbu, Baljinder Sonu Allahabad, Assistant SDO Rakesh Kumar, JE Surinder Pal, Sunny Thakur, Manish Saini and sub station staff were also present.
