 Cabinet Minister Jimpa handed over the registry of transfer of Government Elementary School to Gurudwara Sri Guru Kalgidhar Sahib Gokul Nagar.

- Said, the management committee should construct a new building of the government school as soon as possible and hand it over to the government.

Cabinet Minister Punjab Bram Shankar Jimpa said that the Punjab Government is changing the face of government schools in the state. Along with the infrastructure of schools, the level of education in schools is being further improved. He was addressing while presenting the registry of transfer of Government Elementary School Gokul Nagar to the Gurdwara Management Committee at Gurdwara Sri Guru Kalgidhar Sahib Gokul Nagar today. He said that now a new building of this government school is being constructed by the Gurudwara Management Committee, which is a commendable work. Appealing to the Management Committee, he said that a new school building should be constructed and handed over to the government as soon as possible so that the students studying here get better basic facilities.

On this occasion, Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjita Chaudhary, District Head Women's Wing Manjot Kaur, Councilors Jaswant Rai, Kulwinder Singh, Harbhagat Singh Tuli, Paramjit Singh Timma, besides Gurudwara Management Committee Head Jaswant Singh, Vice President Manjeet Singh, Treasurer Harjeet Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Balwinder Singh, Jagtar Singh, Davinder Singh Kohli, Harminder Singh Gopi were also present.
