 – The curtain raiser ceremony of RJ Creators’ upcoming “Vakhra Swag” Grand Winter Exhibition (scheduled from December 26 to 28) was organised with great fanfare at City Centre, Police Lines, Hoshiarpur. The event was inaugurated jointly by MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa, former MP and Red Cross Vice Chairman Avinash Rai Khanna, and ADC (Development) Nikas Kumar as chief guests.Prominent sponsors present on the occasion included event coordinator and partner Renu Kanwar, Jagat Singh Chauhan from Sonalika International, Dr. Gagandeep Joda from City Group of Institutions, and Rawat from Volkswagen Lali Motors. Among other notable attendees were Ravi Mihan, Dr. Harish Bassi, DSP Ravindra, Rohit Sood (President, Aadhati Association), Dr. Raman Ghai (Secretary, HDCA), Dr. Vishal Sharma, Dr. Shailja, Yogesh Arora, Agyapal Sahni, NRI Paraminder Singh (New Zealand), Ila Gupta, Sahil, Priyanka, Rakesh Saharan, and Shaili Rana.Dr. Pankaj Shiv stated that RJ Creators’ endeavour aims to create a unique platform promoting social service and entrepreneurship. The exhibition will feature grand showcases of work done by various local social organisations, notably the CSR wing of Sonalika International and other NGOs.Professional stalls will be made available to business promoters on reasonable terms, and free training sessions will be held focusing on new business ideas and technology updates. Expressing gratitude to all sponsors, Renu Kanwar announced that a free career counselling seminar for students will also be organized in collaboration with City Group of Institutions.As part of the entertainment lineup, the exhibition will feature cultural dance performances, a DJ night, a kids’ zone, a gaming zone, and a selfie corner, among other attractions. Sports organisations from Hoshiarpur—covering cricket, badminton, judo, cycling, and bikers’ clubs—will also be brought together on one platform.The event’s publicity drive will span across social media, print media, radio, hoardings, and flex displays. Event management expert Naveen Sharma from Jalandhar was also present during the occasion.Chief guest MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa lauded the initiative, calling it an inspiring effort for Hoshiarpur’s trade, culture, and youth. Former MP Avinash Rai Khanna praised the endeavour as “truly Vakhra Swag,” adding that this “no profit, no loss” social initiative will elevate local business, culture, and sports. ADC Nikas Kumar also extended his best wishes to RJ Creators, commending their gesture of providing free stalls and support to social projects like the Red Cross Society and DC Wings Programme as a remarkable example of community commitment.
