The book was formally released by Sh. S. S. Mand, DIG, Border Security Force (BSF) at a dignified function held in Chandigarh.

Dr. Navneet Kaur, who has previously served at Amity University, Noida, is currently working as a Professor of Defence Studies at M. M. Modi College, Patiala.
