 The Team  of the Kanwarh Sangh reached Barnala on foot, carrying Ganga water from Haridwar. Blessings obtained by water abhisheka at Shiva Math. 

Barnala February 19 (Sukhwinder Singh Bhandari) A 40-member team of Apna Kanvarh Sangh Barnala was sent to Haridwar under the leadership of President Ashok Puri after conducting pooja by Inderjit Sharma District President Aartiya Association (AA) at Shiv Math. The jatha carried Ganga water from Haridwar and reached Shiva Math Barnala on foot chanting Har Har Mahadev, where they received the blessings of Shiva Bhole Nath by offering water abhishek and attending. The management committee of Shiv Math,journalist Rajinder Singh Brar, Manoj Sharma and Soni besides Pandit Ratan Prakash welcomed the  team of Kanwarias by showering them with flowers. Speaking on this occasion, President Ashok Puri journalist said that whoever bows down and attends with a sincere heart on the day of Shivratri at the door of this Shiva Math, his wishes are fulfilled. The team of Kanwarias included Vishal Jindal, Happy Dhanula, Ritesh Kumar, Vikas Kumar, Makhan Lal, Ranjit Rinku, Mukesh, Deepu, Aman, Anmol Baba, Jahan Singh, Rajnish Kumar, Himanshu Puri, Abhay Kumar etc.
