FINALLY M.C. BHINDDI KNOCK THE DOOR OF HIGH COURT....

 

 Barnala:  (MANGAT JINDAL) November 7,2022 As expected earlier, Finally Barnala based Municipal Councilor Mr.Bhupinder Singh Bhinddi Plumber knocked the door of Punjab and Haryana High court against Barnala Police 's unjustified attitude. Mr.Bhinddi filed a petition against State through Famous Criminal Lawyer Mr.Swaran Singh Khanna (Former Suprintendent of Police). In his petition Mr.Bhinddi explained whole episode of October 26, 2022 ...In which Executive Officer Municipal Council Barnala Mr.Sunil Dutt Verma used derogatory language against him in presence of Tejinder Singh Sony Jagal (Akali) and Neeraj Jindal ( B.J.P.) both sons of present M.C.'s .Afterthat He given a written complaint in Police Station Barnala City -1 against E.O. at 2:00 p.m for using derogatory language. But Police taken no action. On the other hand Police registered a case against above Tejinder singh Sony Jagal and Neeraj Jindal for beaten E.O.....Mr.Bhinddi claimed that even after two weeks , Barnala Police have not taken any action on his written complaint against E.O.. Mr.Bhinddi made it clear that Police presurise him to rejoin Aap. He also doubts that Barnala Police may registered fake case against him as like Sony jagal and Neeraj Jindal....Now all eyes on Punjab and Haryana High court ...What will be court 's decision...we have to wait for long Time....But Barnala Police 's functioning style definitely make a spot on Cabinet Minister Mr.Meet Hayer's  image,who always known for his Gentlemen Politics style.......
