 A program was organized on Vibhajan Vibhishika Smriti  Diwas at the College of Law of Rayat Bahra Professional University. The program was held under the guidance of Acting Vice Chancellor Dr. Chander Mohan and under the chairmanship of Law College Principal Dr. Rangnath Singh.

Former MP Avinash Rai Khanna addressed the students in this. He said that the partition of India in 1947 is the saddest chapter in the history of the country. At that time, lakhs of people lost their lives and crores of people were separated from their families. He appealed to the youth to learn from history and strengthen brotherhood, peace and unity in the society.

Avinash Rai Khanna said that the pain of partition gives us the message that the real strength of the country lies in mutual harmony and unity. He inspired the students to contribute to the strength and progress of the nation. Apart from the students of Law and Pharmacy departments, Law department head Dr Priyanka Puri, Pharmacy college department head Davinder Singh and teachers were present in the program.
