 Health Awareness Seminar organised at Lamrin Tech Skills University.

 A health awareness seminar was organised at Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab by Institute of Pharmacy in collaboration with Rotary Club Ropar. A team of expert doctors from Parmar hospital Ropar gave the excellent information on various health related issues and topics. Program was started by illuminating the sacred lamp  . Prof. B.S. Satyal Registrar University welcomed the experts  team on reaching university.  Dr R.S.Parmar gave brief introduction about Rotary club ‘ s service in the welfare of the  society and common people time to time

Dr.Sushil Kumar Sr. Consultant gave elaborated information   on CPR by conducting a workshop, he said by providing timely help we can save many valuable lives .We should always help the accidental victim without any fear and he shared the important tips and techniques to support the accidental victims.

Dr. Namrita  Parmar President Rotary Club Rupnagar shared valuable information on the topic Computer Vision Syndrome and digital eye strain. She also explained about the cause , symptoms ,diagnosis and treatment of these type of syndromes and shared the tips to avoid these types of ailments and syndromes. 

Dt. Abhilasha  gave tips for healthy diet. She informed the audience that we should take less saturated fats and more starchy carbohydrates.

Dr. B.P.S. Parmar shared important knowledge about well being and how we can protect ourselves from cardiovascular diseases by having healthy life style 

 Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura   Chancellor and Adviser NSDC Govt. of India  in his   remarks state that health is important area in our country. We should maintain our health by adopting good life style and habits. We should also consult good physicians and doctors for seeking advice regarding health. He hugely appreciated health awareness team for their efforts and guiding staff and students of university. Dr A.S. Chawla , Vice Chancellor, Dr. Parvinder Kaur Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. N.S. Gill, Dr. H.S. Dhami , Er Amandeep Singh, Prof. Narinder Bhumbla PRO, Prof. Gurpreet Saini, and all staff and students were present on the occasion.
