 BSP to Contest Corporation Elections with Full Strength/Dr. Karim Puri

A special meeting of the BSP Hoshiarpur assembly constituency was held at Madan Singh Bains Gift Centre, Una Road, Bajwara. BSP Punjab president Dr. Avtar Singh Karim Puri attended as the chief guest. Dr. Karimpuri Puri listened to the views of representatives and workers regarding the corporation elections and reviewed ongoing activities. On this occasion, a review committee was formed to prepare vigorously for the corporation elections and select candidates. Contractor Bhagwan Dass Sidhu, General Secretary Punjab, has been appointed as the in-charge, with Daljit Rai as district president, Somanath Bains, Advocate Dharminder Dadra, Madan Singh Bains, Dr. Ratan Chand, Dr. Ashok Bhatia, Engineer Satpal Bhardwaj, Omkar Naloia, Bibi Mohinder Kaur, Bibi Krishna Devi, Bibi Renu Laddar, Varinder Baddhan, and Dinesh Pappu as members.Dr. Karim Puri stated that the BSP will contest the corporation elections with full strength to take the "Punjab Sambhalo" campaign to every person and household, as the party has a strong voter base in urban wards.Contractor Bhagwan Dass Sidhu announced that the BSP will field candidates in all wards for the upcoming corporation elections. He said a review of aspiring candidates is underway, with assessments already completed in about 25 wards.
