 District Basketball Championship to be Held in Maruli Brahmana on November 8–9

The District Basketball Association (Regd.), Hoshiarpur, will organize the District Basketball Championship for girls under 14 and boys under 19 on November 8 and 9, 2025, at the Basketball Stadium in Maruli Brahmana.Providing details, Er. Surinder Sandhu, retired Senior Executive Engineer and District President of the Basketball Association, Hoshiarpur, said the championship is being organized with the support of the Gram Panchayat of Maruli Brahmana, as well as local religious, social, and political figures, along with contributions from Non-Resident Indians.Sandhu informed that the championship will feature several exciting and competitive matches, where talented young players from across the district will display their sporting skills.The event will be inaugurated on November 8 by Sant Ram Murti Ji Narewale and District Attorney, Hoshiarpur, Varinder Kumar. Surinder Sandhu urged residents and sports enthusiasts to attend in large numbers to cheer and encourage the young players.
