56 RTO Services Now Available at Seva Kendras, Announces/ Amandeep Kaur

Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Amandeep Kaur Ghumman announced that the Punjab government has launched faceless Regional Transport Office (RTO) services to provide greater convenience to the public. A total of 56 key services related to the department are now available at Seva Kendras across the district.Sharing details, RTO Hoshiarpur stated that services pertaining to driving licences and vehicle registration certificates have been made completely faceless. Citizens can now avail these facilities either by applying online from home or by visiting their nearest Seva Kendra.Amandeep Kaur Ghumman informed that with this initiative, residents will no longer need to visit the RTO office as all essential services are accessible through designated Seva Kendras. Staff members at these centres have been properly trained to ensure smooth service delivery.She added that a dedicated helpdesk has been set up at the RTO office to assist citizens in case they face any issues or require guidance.
