     Jyoti Bala Mattu, Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Hoshiarpur, said that through the notification issued by the Punjab Government on 15.05.2025, under the one-time settlement scheme of property tax, current and old tax of every establishment (like domestic, commercial, industrial) has been deposited by 31.07.2025. 100 percent exemption from penalty and interest has been provided. Therefore, he has appealed to the general public to take maximum advantage of this 'lump sum settlement' scheme of the government by depositing the outstanding principal property tax of their property (like domestic, commercial, industrial) in Municipal Corporation Hoshiarpur before 31.07.2025 without interest and penalty. He told that in order to make the benefits of this scheme available to the general public, the property tax branch is being kept open by the Municipal Corporation on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.
