Located in the village of Sherpur Kalra, District Hoshiarpur, the Dera Brahmleen Sant Narayan Das Ji is not only a place of spiritual devotion but also a model of social service and community welfare. In a special conversation with the present head sevadaar Sant Baba Ramesh Das Ji, he shared insights into the history of the Dera, its ongoing traditions, and the many services being carried out.


He stated that, following the tradition laid down by the great saints, the Dera organizes annual religious congregations, which draw thousands of devotees from near and far. As part of its daily routine, the Dera also provides feed for birds and fodder for stray animals, exemplifying compassion in action.


The Dera has also made significant contributions in the field of education. It runs a school in village Chuharwali and a special school for visually impaired children in Mahilpur. In addition, the Dera regularly offers assistance to the needy and underprivileged, supporting them through various welfare initiatives.
