Citizens should take a pledge of “one person – one tree” to keep the environment clean

informed that with the aim of making the environment clean and pollution free, various types of saplings were planted by the Municipal Corporation in the Gaushala located in Ekta Nagar.
In this important work, various officials of 'Gobind Godham Gau Seva Samiti' gave full cooperation and actively participated in this campaign. Everyone took a pledge that this campaign will be continued.
Dr Amandeep Kaur said that on one hand, planting saplings in the Gaushala will provide shade to the cattle, on the other hand, this work will also prove helpful in creating a green environment.
Dr. Amandeep Kaur also appealed to the citizens to plant at least one sapling under the pledge “one person – one tree” to keep the environment clean and make the city beautiful and take care of it daily.
She also said that plants flourish more in the rainy season, hence more and more plants should be planted in this season so that the environment can be kept clean and the city can be made pollution free.
