MLA Jimpa paid tribute to Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev

Hoshiarpur/ March 23/Daljeet Ajnoha MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa today paid tribute to the martyrs on the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev by reaching Bhagat Singh Chowk. On this occasion, he paid floral tribute and remembered the sacrifice of these immortal revolutionaries and addressed the gathering present.

MLA Jimpa said that Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev sacrificed their lives for the freedom of India. Their indomitable courage and patriotism still inspire the countrymen. He called upon the youth to adopt the principles of the martyrs and contribute to the progress of the country.

MLA Jimpa said that patriotism should not be limited to words only, but it should also be adopted in one's deeds. He said that in today's time, the young generation should take inspiration from the sacrifices of the martyrs and work for the progress and development of the country.

He said that the Punjab government is constantly striving to realize the dreams of the martyrs. The government is encouraging the youth through various schemes and policies, so that they can play their important role in the development of the country.

On this occasion, Mayor Surinder Shinda, Senior Deputy Mayor Parveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjita Chaudhary ,Councilor Rajeshwar Dayal Babbi, Bahadur Singh Sunet, Varinder Sharma, Manoj Dutta, Chander Prakash, Brij Mattu, Balwinder Rana, Mukhi Ram, Mani Gogia, Ashok Sharma and other dignitaries were also present
