Vardhman Yarns & Threads ltd, Hoshiarpur under its CSR initiative has been initiating welfare activities of many schools & Colleges with in the city of Hoshiarpur and surroundings. Today on 21st March 26  VYTL has donated an E- rickshaw at a cost of RS 1.75 lacs to Baba Aaugarh Shri Fateh Nath ji Girls College, Jaijon Doaba, T eh Garhshankar, Dist-Hoshiarpur in a formal ceremony held at the company premises.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of former- M.P- Rajai Sabha Sh. Avinash Rai Khanna, who has applauded the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its continuous efforts to contribute to the community. Senior Official of the Vardhman group. Sh.IMJS Sidhu –President & Director Incharge, faculty of the college and other distinguished member were also present on this occasion.

Speaking at this event, Mr. Avinash rai Khanna said that the donated E-rickshaw will be utilized by the  college to facilitate transportation needs especially benefits girls students and staff improving accessibility and mobility.

Further speaking at this event, Mr. Khanna highlighted the Vardhman remains dedicated to support educational institutions and empowering youth through meaningful contributions. On this Occasion Mrs. Karamjit Kaur-principal of the college with Vardhman Officials & college Staff were also present. Further Principal of the college has also extended her thanks to the company for this contribution and said that education & Healthcare keeps an important position in the development paradigm of the country & Vardhman has always been in front to Support & encourage with taking initiatives under its CSR activities for such developments.
