Vastu Expert Warns: Debris in Ishaan Corner Disrupts Construction
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Dec.17
Violating Vastu principles—from laying the foundation to painting—can lead to various problems in building construction, says internationally renowned Vastu expert and author Dr. Bhupendra Vastu Shastri. In today's urban landscape, high-rise buildings are rising on sites of former small structures. When demolishing old buildings, Vastu rules emphasize the Ishaan corner (northeast) as paramount. Never store debris in the Ishaan area. Start demolition from the Ishaan, mix the northeast soil with clay, and keep the clay mound heavy and elevated.Avoid beginning demolition on Tuesdays, Saturdays, Amavasya, or Dwitiya tithis. Do not conclude work on Chaturthi, Navami, or Chaturdashi tithis. Reusing debris from the entire building in the new structure equates to ignoring Vastu rules. If the Ishaan gets polluted under any circumstances, construction will face delays. Also safeguard the north and east directions alongside Ishaan. Mistakenly storing debris or materials in Vayavya (northwest) can strain neighborly relations. Polluting Agneya (southeast) may lead to unnecessary court cases.
