The police are receiving full cooperation from the public in their efforts to curb drug abuse, and strict legal action is being taken against drug traffickers. He further shared that many youths who have become addicted to drugs and wish to quit are being supported by the police along with their families. These individuals are being enrolled in rehabilitation centers where they receive treatment, and upon recovery, efforts are made to arrange employment for them. This helps prevent them from falling back into harmful social environments that could destroy their lives.Dr. Arora assured that the police will continue to enforce laws rigorously to maintain peace and order across Punjab, with no tolerance towards elements disrupting societal harmony. He appealed to young people to stay away from drugs and focus on sports and education, which are key to a healthy and productive life dedicated to serving society.
