BSP will teach a lesson to looters in elections through every means

Under the “Punjab Sambhalo Campaign”, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Punjab organized a massive rally at Dana Mandi, Chabbewal in the Chabbewal Assembly constituency. Thousands of party workers and local residents participated in this rally. On this occasion, BSP Punjab President and former Rajya Sabha Member Dr. Avtar Singh Kareempuri was the chief guest, while Punjab Coordinator Gurnam Chaudhary was the special guest.

Addressing the huge gathering, Dr. Kareempuri said that the caste-based and social oppression incidents against followers of Satguru Ravidas Ji by the Aam Aadmi Party are alarming and will never be tolerated by BSP. He said that demolishing the boundary wall of Guru Ravidas Temple at Dhuletta, insulting the Guru’s house, and humiliating devotees in police stations are deeply unfortunate and condemnable acts.

He added that Congress, Akali Dal, BJP, and now the AAP government have always looted, beaten, and ruined the Dalits and poor people of Punjab. He strongly criticized the AAP government, stating that despite its tall claims before elections of eradicating drugs within days of assuming power, the campaign against drugs has miserably failed. Today, drug mafias have spread from colleges to even primary schools. Opening liquor vends and illegal branches on the sacred land of Shri Khuralgarh Sahib, where the holy feet of Guru Ravidas Ji touched, reflects the dirty mindset of the AAP government towards Dalits.

Kareempuri alleged that by opening liquor vends and branches, the AAP government is creating addicts instead of eradicating addiction. The number of deaths due to drugs is rising daily. Around 30,000 youth addicted to drugs due to unemployment, inflation, and financial distress have been locked up in jails, while over two lakh youth have already died due to chitta (heroin). Hundreds of houses of addicts have been demolished, but not a single drug smuggler’s house has been touched. He said the AAP government is deceiving the people of Punjab under the guise of a fake war against drugs.

He further said that the AAP government has failed to dismantle the drug mafia networks that were earlier run under Congress, Akali, and BJP governments. As a result, lakhs of youth have fallen victim to chitta. Kareempuri mentioned that in villages like Harta, Mana, Barian, and Thoana of Chabbewal constituency, people have suffered government oppression, but BSP firmly stands with the victims. The BSP will also restore the dignity and respect of elected Panchs and Sarpanchs.

Dr. Kareempuri declared that BSP has launched the Punjab Sambhalo Campaign to shake the government and awaken the people. In the 2027 elections, the people will definitely give BSP a chance to take Punjab towards development and prosperity, build a drug-free, fear-free, and debt-free society, and implement a strong education policy. He said that BSP is the strongest alternative to Congress, Akali Dal, BJP, and AAP in Punjab.

On this occasion, Punjab Coordinator Gurnam Chaudhary, Punjab Secretary Maninder Sherpuri, Punjab Secretary Sukhdev Bitta, District President Daljit Rai, Advocate Palwinder Mana (Incharge Chabbewal), Yash Bhatti (President Chabbewal Constituency), Advocate Dharminder Dadra (General Secretary Hoshiarpur), Madan Singh Bains (Incharge Hoshiarpur), Master Hari Kishan (Coordinator BAMCEF Chabbewal), Rajesh Kitty, Nishan Chaudhary (Incharge Sham Chaurasi), Surjit Mehmi (President Hoshiarpur), Bakhshish Bhim, Hardeep Gulmarg, Amandeep Sidhu, Kulwant Singh, Gurbakhsh Ram, Subedar Harbhajan Singh Mana, Jagmohan Sajjan, Harjeet Laddi, Sonu Baba, and hundreds of BSP workers were present.
