Mann Government’s Health Card Scheme to Give New Direction to Punjab’s Healthcare Sector

Aam Aadmi Party MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal welcomed the Punjab Government’s newly launched Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana, calling it a revolutionary step towards public welfare. Under this scheme, every family in Punjab will be entitled to free medical treatment up to 10 lakh per year. This initiative is expected to provide major financial relief, especially to economically weaker and middle-class families.

Dr. Chabbewal described the scheme as transparent and technologically sound, stating that it would elevate the state’s healthcare services to new heights. He also appreciated the efforts to include both government and private hospitals in the scheme, ensuring maximum people get access to quality healthcare.

He further said that strong coordination between elected representatives and the health department will help extend the benefits of this scheme to even the remotest villages. Dr. Chabbewal expressed confidence that this initiative would not only make Punjab healthier but also serve as a model for the entire country. In conclusion, the MP praised Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh, stating that under their leadership, Punjab is moving in a new direction in the field of healthcare and public welfare. He called the scheme a historic and important step in the interest of the people.
