Sabi Aulakh and Shahbaz Entertainers to Present Bhangra Dance Competition 2025

The much-awaited annual two-day “Mela Punjabiyaan Da” will be held on July 12 and 13 at Moberly Park (59th Avenue) and Ross Street in Vancouver. The event is being organized through the joint efforts of Sabi Aulakh, Shahbaz Entertainers, and Jikki Aulakh.

Providing details about the event, Jikki Aulakh and Harnek Virdi stated that the fair will feature vibrant performances by leading Punjabi artists along with programs promoting Punjabi culture, heritage, education, traditional sports, and values.

Among the renowned artists scheduled to perform are Nachhatar Gill, Gurlez Akhtar, Inderpal Moga, Chani Nattan, Kulwinder Kalli, Sam Sidhu, B Thind, Gurjant Singh, Sonu Pandwal, and Raj Sohal.

One of the major highlights will be the Bhangra Dance Competition 2025, presented by Sabi Aulakh and Shahbaz Entertainers. For the first time ever in Canada, this Bhangra competition will be held in an outdoor setting.

The event will be free for all attendees, with special arrangements made for children to enjoy the festivities. The organizers are making every effort to ensure that, just like every year, this year’s mela also creates sweet memories and leaves everyone eagerly waiting for the next one.
