 Alumnus Principal B.L. Gohal Donates ₹1 Lakh to Alma Mater

Retired Principal B.L. Gohal, who studied BSc Non-Medical at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur from the 1969-1972 batch, visited the college today. He shared memories of his student life and handed over a cheque for ₹1 lakh as financial aid for needy students to Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh.Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh, in his welcome address, noted that alumni of Khalsa College Mahilpur maintain a deep connection with the institution. He mentioned that the college organizes an alumni meet under the old students' association and expressed gratitude for Principal Gohal's contribution.Notably, originally from Majra Dingrian village, Principal B.L. Gohal completed his BSc Non-Medical from Khalsa College Mahilpur in 1972. He later earned MA in Economics and MPhil from Punjabi University, Patiala, and retired as principal from Government College, Malerkotla. The college specially honoured him on this occasion.
