Every village and every home in my Chabbewal assembly constituency should reflect the picture of development. My dream is that every person in my constituency receives every government scheme, facility, and basic amenity without any discrimination,” said Chabbewal MLA Dr Ishank Kumar while addressing his constituents on the last day of election campaigning.Dr Ishank stated that today's politics is based not on promises, but on tangible work on the ground. The rapid progress in Chabbewal constituency—from roads to schools, hospitals, sports facilities, and water-sewerage projects—is just the beginning. He informed the people that he is fulfilling his electoral promises one by one: roads leading to gurdwaras and several others have been widened to 18 feet; safety railings work has started from Kot Fatuhi to Mehtiana canal; a new factory has opened in Fugalana village; ₹11 crore has been released for stadiums and playgrounds in villages; and ₹13 crore has been distributed to 10,000 beneficiaries for converting thatched roofs to permanent ones in Balle Wali. “A lot of work has already been done, and where work remains, it will be completed even faster,” he added.During this, he made a humble appeal to the public to vote for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidates in the upcoming Zila Parishad and Block Samiti elections so that this pace of development does not slow down but strengthens further. He clearly stated, “Development is a system. If you want to strengthen the system, it is essential to choose the right representatives.”Reiterating his commitment to Chabbewal's development, Dr Ishank Kumar said, “Every village should have playgrounds, every child should get education, every elderly person should receive respect, and every family should benefit from government schemes and facilities. This is my vision, this is my dream.” The large turnout at the gathering strengthened this resolve, as villagers supported their young leader's vision with applause and slogans.
