No Shortcut to Success, Youth Should Focus on Long-Term Investments/ Parmjeet Sachdeva

A seminar on financial discipline was organized at IET Bhaddal Technical Campus, Ropar, where Parmjeet Singh Sachdeva, Managing Director of Sachdeva Stocks, attended as the chief guest. He was warmly welcomed by the college staff upon his arrival.Addressing the students, Mr. Sachdeva emphasized that there is no shortcut to success in life—it requires consistent effort and patience. He noted that today’s youth often dream of becoming millionaires overnight through the stock market, but many end up losing their hard-earned money in the process.Sachdeva advised that if one invests gradually and regularly in mutual funds, it can strengthen their financial future. He urged young professionals to start investing a part of their monthly income in mutual funds as soon as they begin earning and to increase their investment amounts over time to ensure long-term financial security.He also highlighted the importance of avoiding unnecessary expenditures, emphasizing that many expenses can be avoided without compromising one’s quality of life. Long-term investments in mutual funds, he said, play a vital role in helping individuals and their families achieve their dreams.During the seminar, students asked several questions, to which Mr. Sachdeva responded in detail. The event concluded with the campus staff honoring Parmjeet Sachdeva. Amanpreet Kaur, Relationship Manager at Sachdeva Stocks, was also present on the occasion.
