 Farewell Ceremony Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm at D.A.V. College of Education, Hoshiarpur

Under the guidance of Dr. Anoop Kumar, President, and Mr. R.M. Bhalla, Secretary of the D.A.V. College Managing Committee, a vibrant farewell ceremony was organized at D.A.V. College of Education, Hoshiarpur. The event was held by the students of M.Ed. and B.Ed. Semester-2 to honor the outgoing students of M.Ed. and B.Ed. Semester-4 (2023–2025).

The ceremony commenced with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra by the students. A colorful cultural program followed, where students entertained everyone with lively dance performances on Punjabi songs.

Students of Semester-4 reminisced about the golden memories of their time at the college and shared their learning experiences. They also spoke about the positive changes in their personal and academic growth over the past two years. The students expressed heartfelt gratitude to their teachers for their constant guidance and support throughout their academic journey.

In the competitions held during the event, Karan was titled Mr. Farewell, while Ritika was crowned Miss Farewell. Among the boys, Harpreet was declared Best Dressed, and Jasdeep and Sanjay were recognized as Best Performers. Among the girls, Simran was awarded Best Dressed, while Aman was named Best Performer.

Dr. Anoop Kumar and Mr. R.M. Bhalla extended their best wishes to the outgoing M.Ed. and B.Ed. students for a bright and successful future.

Principal Dr. Vidhi Bhalla also congratulated the students for their excellent performance during their two-year course. She highlighted their achievements, noting that they brought pride not only to the college but also to their parents by excelling in youth festivals and academic competitions. She appreciated the efforts of Semester-2 students for organizing such a disciplined and well-coordinated event. She also encouraged the outgoing students to remain connected with the institution as alumni and continue contributing to its legacy.
