Social worker Anita Som Prakash, who was the BJP candidate from Hoshiarpur Lok Sabha seat, said that she is not leaving Phagwara and going anywhere but will continue to serve the party and society by staying in Phagwara. After not getting success in the Lok Sabha elections, Anita Somprakash said in the first press conference that some people are campaigning against her which is absolutely wrong. She said that she has started preparing for the 2027 assembly elections by staying in Phagwara. Anita Somprakash thanked the voters who voted for her in the Lok Sabha elections and said that she accepts the verdict given by the people. She said that Somprakash has done a lot of development in his constituency, despite this, if there is any shortcoming in it, then She will try to remove it in the future. Anita Somprakash said that the development work going on in her constituency will continue as usual and there will be no hindrance in it. She said that the Janta Ki Rasoi running in Phagwara will also continue to serve the people. On this occasion, former Mayor Arun Khosla, BJP Mandal President Vicky Sood, former BJP Mandal President Ramesh Sachdeva, Pankaj Chawla, Rakesh Duggal, Sanjay Chahal, Bantu Walia, Laddu Khosla, Paramjit Khurana, Goldie Kanth and other party workers were present.
