 Seminar on Practical Aspects of Criminal Law at Rayat Bahra Law College

 A seminar on Practical Aspects of Criminal Law was organized at Rayat Bahra Law College in which the students of the college participated. Dr. Priyanka Puri said that apart from the bookish education of law students, law related seminars are organized to increase the legal knowledge of law students. Under the series, a seminar was organized on the subject of practical aspects of criminal law. Went. On this occasion, Advocate Hitesh Puri, an expert in criminal subjects, informed the students about the intricacies of criminal law. On this occasion, Advocate Hitesh said that criminal law is a broad term which summarizes the criminal justice system. This justice system addresses the trial of crimes, punishment of the guilty, and other aspects of the judicial process in India. Advocate Puri explained that it includes laws made by the Indian Parliament, Code of Judicial Procedure, and other statutes. This system is important to ensure judicial decisions in criminal cases. Dr. Priyanka told that in this seminar B.A. LL.B. Students of 10th, 8th and 6th semester participated. During this, Advocate Hitesh Puri answered the questions asked by the students. In the end, Dr. Priyanka Puri on behalf of Rayat Bahra Law College honored Advocate Hitesh Puri with a memento. On this occasion, apart from Dr. Kalpana, Prof. Alka, Prof. Twinkle, Prof. Sukhpreet, Prof. Sapna, the entire staff of the college was present.
