Continuing with our drive to curb ill effects of illicit liquor and in wake of upcoming LokSabha Elections, a massive search operation was conducted today early morning at 7:00 am at mand areas of Village Bhikhowal and Budhobarkat and Terkiana Excise Circle Dasuya District Hoshiarpur. This operation was led by EO Hsp1 & 2 Navjot Bharti and Sukhwinder Singh and conducted by ETI Dasuya, Mukerian and Hariana Lovepreet Singh, Kulwant Singh and Anil Kumar along with Excise police Hoshiarpur Range. During this massive search operation which lasted six hours entire stretch of mand areas along River Beas of villages Bhikhowal, Budhobarkat and Terkiana was searched and following recoveries were made 2 Working Stills,  8 Tirpals, plastic pipe 8 feet,  5 drums, 4 plastic containers,  2 silver utensils,

3apparatus.This operation led to recovery of 64000 kgs Lahan and 45 litres of illicit liquor. Lahan and illicit liquor was destroyed on the spot being unclaimed.
