visit was made to the government cowshed, Dilawarpur on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner

         Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa visited Government Cowshed Dilawarpur on Gau Puja Ashtami. During this time, he inspected the maintenance of the destitute cows kept in the gaushala. He himself also worshiped the cow and took part in the Havan. After this, he also distributed clothes to the needy. On this occasion, Deputy Director Animal Husbandry Department Dr. Chandrapal Singh, Assistant Director Dr. Sukhwinder Singh and Senior Veterinary Officer Nawashhar Dr. Jaswinder Ram was also present.

           The Deputy Commissioner expressed his satisfaction over the overall arrangement of the cowshed and the maintenance of the cattle. On this occasion, the members and managers of the District Animal Welfare Committee welcomed the Deputy Commissioner and inquired about the difficulties encountered in the ongoing work at the cowshed. Deputy Commissioner and other officials were also honored on this occasion.

         On this occasion, Mr. Subhash Pandori, Chief Sevadar Madan Lal, Sevadar Harbans Lal and Kandan Lal, former Sarpanch of Dilawarpur, Avtar Singh and current Sarpanch of Dilawarpur, Haripal, Dr. Satnam Singh, R. P Harman and other dignitaries were  present.
